Service Day
A program that offers a dedicated day off for our salaried employees to serve others in their communities for a cause that is meaningful to them.
Giving Program
BAF generously supports local community projects focused on young people, education, and civic activities. The company also offers matching contributions for disaster relief through the American Red Cross and United Way.
Education
Education reimbursement is offered to employees that wish to pursue education programs to further their development. In addition, employee contributions to educational institutions are matched by the company.
The Jack Hume Scholarship is offered to the children of employees to encourage them to continue their education beyond highschool.
Hunger Relief
We’ve partnered with Feeding America and local food banks providing meals to those in need. Through food donations, volunteer time, and an annual donation drive, we are committed to doing our part to in the fight to end hunger.
