BAF Values Hero Recognition

We’re excited to announce that our Q1 Values Hero recipient is Chris Call!

Despite the tight timeframe, Chris lived our “Find a Way” value when he re-commissioned a dehydration plant that had been shut down for over a year. From developing the plan and recruiting the necessary resources to training the workforce and keeping key team members informed of progress, Chris did what needed to be done to get the plant up and running to successfully produce Extend dices for an important customer need.

But Chris didn’t stop there… Our recipient exemplified the “It Takes a Team” value when he took on preparing office space for the ERP system project.

We love his dedication and his “get it done” attitude!
