BAF VALUES HERO: Benjamin J.

Congratulations to our Q2 Values Hero recipient, Benjamin, a quality engineer at BAF Rexburg.

Benjamin received not one, not two, but three Values Hero nominations!

Most notably in Q2, Benjamin was vital in completing a successful audit from a large and extremely valuable BAF customer. With less than 24 hours’ notice, Benjamin pulled together important quality documents so that they were ready when asked for by the auditor.

Without complaint, Benjamin went above and beyond his expected job duties to truly Let His Inner Hero Shine and make the Rexburg facility look its best to an important customer. And Benjamin’s hard work helped Make Things Better not only for that customer but for our company as a whole. Great job, Benjamin!
