Students Benefit from BAF Donation for new Chromebooks
In Shelley, Idaho, a growing number of students speak English as a second language. The Shelley School District uses a computer program to both evaluate those students and teach them English. But because their entire district shares just a handful of Chromebooks, this evaluation process was unacceptably slow with students waiting weeks for an initial evaluation. So in keeping with our value of Make Things Better, Basic American Foods recently donated $3,000 to the district for the purchase of additional Chromebooks so students will no longer have to keep their future waiting.
