What about BAF is different from other places you have worked?
Aside from working with food, what makes BAF different from other jobs I’ve had is the quality of my coworkers. They are some of the most hardworking and honest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Truly, they are the cream of the crop.

What would others find surprising or interesting about your job?
I think what others are most surprised about is the variety of large food chains BAF serves. It blows their mind that for many places, the food comes from BAF! It’s fascinating to see how the food is manufactured and packaged to places that nearly everyone has eaten.

What is your favorite thing to make in the kitchen?
My favorite dish to make -hands down- is chocolate chip cookies. Not only do I have several recipes memorized, but I can now pinpoint exactly what a cookie needs (flour, salt, baking soda, etc.) to turn it into a cookie from the gods! Maybe I will bake a nice pan of cookies after work today!
