Concert for Ukraine
As the conflict in Ukraine continues to unfold, we remain concerned about the people of Ukraine and all those impacted by this humanitarian crisis. Our “Make Things Better” core value describes BAF’s commitment to making a meaningful difference in our employees’ lives, for our customers, and in the community, so I believe that we have a responsibility to live our values and find ways to assist those in need. One way we will do that is to participate in the upcoming Concert for Ukraine in Idaho Falls as a sponsor.
The Concert for Ukraine (https://www.concertforukraine.org/) is a philanthropic project funding high-impact charities dedicated to helping the Ukrainian people through the generosity of performing artists, organizations, and individuals. The committee hopes to achieve this mission by focusing on:
- Events that raise awareness for the plight of Ukrainians defending their country and refugees fleeing the war
- Contributions to reputable charities to make a greater impact through collaborative giving
- Participation of people seeking to contribute their talents and interests to a global cause
I appreciate the southeast Idaho community’s response to the crisis, and I am proud that BAF will be a part of such a special event.
